Thomas J. Grady CHA, founder and President, received a BS in Education
from the Kutztown University of PA and is completing a
Masters of Accounting and Financial Management
from DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management.
Tom began his hospitality career as a dishwasher. As apprentice to an Executive Chef, Tom was trained to prepare, cook, serve and display all forms of ala carte and banquet food. Transferred to the front of the house, he advanced though busser, waiter, Dining Room Manager and Maitre d’ Hotel to Food & Beverage Director. Next, his focus shifted to hotel operations functioning in all aspects of Front Office, Accounting, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Administration. Tom has held the position of General Manager in restaurants and both full and limited service hotels.
Prior to forming Stellar Hospitality, Tom owned and operated a limited service motel
for eight years, increasing its revenue 300% during that time.
